The next generation is central to the future of the property industry. With this vision, we established Homex Academy to train and empower young professionals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to succeed in the industry. We are proud to have successfully completed our first initiative, the UK Property Conveyancing Internship Programme, through which outstanding candidates were offered employment in recognition of their dedication and performance. Our most recent programme is the Future Forge Project in association with Leicester College.

The legal landscape is constantly changing, and so are the skills needed to succeed. Our Academy is designed to provide law students and aspiring conveyancers with:

• Exposure to real-world legal processes through our structured internship programme
• Skill sharpening workshops focused on document drafting, title checking, search reports, and compliance
• Mentorship from experienced conveyancing professionals

Our Initiatives

UK Property Law Internship – Kerala, India

Homex Legal Academy partnered with a reputed local law school in Kerala to launch the UK Property Law Internship. It was a transformative legal training program specializing in UK property law and conveyancing to provide hands-on experience to students. Our aim was to connect aspiring Indian legal professionals with the thriving UK property law market through training and employment opportunities. Students participated in daily classes that followed a carefully designed specification that ensured quality education during the span of the internship. Classes were a combination of lectures, workshops and practical projects.

Future Forge – Leicester, United Kingdom

Breaking into the legal industry is not an easy process, it takes hard work and grit to survive in this competitive field. Most importantly, it requires experience which many students are deprived of. So we have designed a program for aspiring students to expose them to legal practice through our placements. We are offering triaging, a syllabus and real-world expertise on UK property law, particularly in conveyancing.

So far, we are working with a group of students selected from Leicester College who come to work with us. The CEO, Rajesh Joseph has also delivered effective in-person classes and presentations to give students a good insight into the industry.
